I have lettuce, tuna and cukes for lunch.
Can I have turkey chili if I'm still hungry?
I have an apple and a yogurt for a snack depending on what I feel like in a couple of hours.
Thanks..

Thanks.
It's Tuna with lemon, chive a 1 tsp of light may that I've rolled into the lettuce leaves with cukes on the side.
I'd like to save the apple or yogurt for around 3:00.
Thanks again!

It sounds like you need more good fat-- 1 Tbsp at lunch is recommended. That could be 1 Tbsp of oil, 1 Tbsp of full-fat mayo, or the equivalent could be 2 Tbsp of salad dressing or reduced-fat mayo. Certain amounts of olives or avocado could be used as well-- this is all in the meal templates and food list in my FAQ.
Nessa asked about good fat because fat helps keep you feeling full. We choose good fat over other types for heart health. |

| If you are just having lettuce leaves as wraps, then you aren't getting enough veggies. You need a minimum of 2 cups of veggies for lunch and for dinner. A lot of that veggie volume also provides satiety. The beans and tomatoes in the chili will help get the veggie portion up or you could have more salad to get enough volume. It sounds like you might just not be eating enough overall. |
