| Lately, I never feel hungry, physically, or full (unless I were to eat an insanely large amount of food). I could probably go days without eating and not feel any different or hungry at all. I still eat three meals a day and do not feel any different before or after I eat. I feel exactly the same. I am following the SBD P2 strictly and was wondering if anyone has experienced this??? Is this a medical issue or what could this be? |

If you are eating as you are supposted to in P2 meaning eating "good" carbs and fats, then you won't feel hungry, like in P1 since those foods stick to your ribs longer. In P2 snacks are optional, so you're doing fine, no need to worry about it.
Keep up the good work, |

| what does a typical P2 menu look like? Getting in good carbs with dairy, beans, whole grains and fruits? The good news is that this is supposed to be the way it works if you even out your blood sugars during the day, but I still get "hungry" if I don't eat and I still feel satisfied after I eat compared to when I start. Wonder if it might not be a mild form of ketosis still? I don't know that I would worry too much if you are comfortable with your eating patterns and losing slowly over time. Medical opinions are best offered by medical professionals though! ;) |
