I have a hypercouagulable blood condition that prevents me from eating any Vit K. I can't do the "be consistent with the amounts you eat" thing. Does anyone have any tips for other veggies I can eat? I have been doing fairly well but am not eating nearly enough veggies.
Thanks!!
