| I am on Day 4 and everything is going great except I have noticed that I am not feeling very hungry at all. Which considering I'm dieting this is probably a good thing. Just wondering what I should do, I honestly don't feel hungry I am drinking lots of water though- |

| It's not too unusual for people not to feel hungry. Be sure to eat all meals and snacks, though - this isn't a starvation plan. |

| That can be a side effect of ketosis, which we aren't trying to attain on SB. Check that you are taking full advantage of your p1 carb sources: milk/yogurt and lots of veggies, including legumes as recommended in the meal templates in my FAQ. |
