Hey, I am new this SBD thing. :lol: I am trying to lose weight for my cousins wedding in November. And I was wondering if I can just stay on Phase 1. What do ya'll recommend?

As Dr. A himself said, "If I had wanted to create a single phase program, I would have." P1 lasts 2 weeks. P2 is the weight loss phase.
