Hello - Just started the SBD this week and have already lost 3.5 lbs.
I need some advise, I am going out to dinner tonight, Is baked seafood ok to have? |

The seafood itself is fine, but many seafood dishes in restaurants contain ingredients you should avoid, such as breadcrumbs or butter. If you know where you're going, it may be helpful to post a menu here (or menu descriptions of a few items you're considering).

| probably better if you could get them to grill it with olive oil. ;) or bake it plain with just some seasonings. |

| Thank you - I just ended up having a salad and a small piece of baked haddock with just seasonings. |

| This advice is coming a little too late, but you can use it for next time. In most restaurants you can tell the waiter that you are on a low carb diet and they will suggest something for you. They are usually quite happy to modify an entree for you. |
