hi i wanted to know how bad the bars are for you on phase 2 and how many could you have.

lost 30 have 20 more to go since january
have not lost in a while any advice would be great

They are not "great" for you in any phase. Probably better as an emergency stash for when you can't get real food. I actually broke down and bought a box this morning because I suffered thru work yesterday - upset stomach yesterday and I couldn't tolerate raw veggies/fruit and I don't want to be caught there again. I usually keep a good selection in the fridge at work but since I'm going on vacation I had pretty much emptied my 'goodie' box.

I know a couple of people on here have done the label research adn there are probably better choices for the bars than the SBD ones - I just dno't know which ones they are.

Same thing for the meals - wouldn't want to have them daily and if you do, you still need to have your full 2 cups of veggies.

People - do you think I can find a way to quit writing books on here!!! :?

i dont' eat them. I had one once in over 2 years on the beach due to nothing else being available.

I honestly enjoy them. Id love to know other better option bars though.....


I workout alot and can not stomach eating a big brkfst before working out.

I eat a bar instead with my water and decaf coffee. I love it.
