Congrats on your progress!
Why did you have painful bowl movement?
How much coffee are you drinking? Coffee and tea will contribute to constipation.
Eating more veggies and drinking a lot of fluids will easy that problem. Also eating less cheese.
The veggies shouldn't be a problem to incorporate into your menus.
1/2 cup of veggies can easily eating stir and fried with your eggs in the morning OR you can drink 6 oz. of veggie juice.
For lunch and dinner, you should have a salad PLUS some other veggie, steamed, boiled, roasted, etc.
You could also have somedays a large salad and add your protein as toppings such as grated cheese, cook chcicken breast, etc.
Or you can make chili and have it for lunch, plus a small salad to go with it. Just get creative with the veggies
Go ahead and drink your coffee with some sugar this morning until you get some sugar substitute, or you could go to a fast-food restaurant, order a cup of coffee and pick up some sweetener there in your way to the store to buy some Splenda
Make sure you drink extra water today to avoid constipation and avoid painful bown movements.
Also, you need to add some beans, up to 1/2 cup per serving per meal, as well as up to 2 cups of low-fat milk and plain yogurt. They not only will help you to avoid constipation and the yogurt is good for your digestion and to avoid the SBD "flu".
Hang in there, |
