Breakfast- scoop of eggs and a cup of low fat yogurt
Snack-Yogurt
Lunch-cup of Wendy's chili
Dinner-cup of yogurt, salad with just regular lettuce
Snack- yogurt. today was kind of hard to eat the right stuff because i was on the run the most of the time. Im not sure if the yogurt that i have been has been bad or not. Whats about the normal amount of sugars that should be in a yogart?

If you are asking for suggestions again, your menu still lacks vegetables. Aim for a minimum of half a cup at breakfast, two cups at lunch, and two cups at dinner. Make sure you are eating good fats, too (oil, nuts, avocados, olives, etc.) - within the limits.

It looks like you are over-eating yogurt and under-eating protein. Try to limit it to no more than 2 servings daily in P1 (you can increase it to 3 servings in P2.)

The yogurt should have no sugar added - meaning no sugar, corn syrup, etc. added as an ingredient. Check the ingredients, not the nutrition information. But assuming it is lowfat plain yogurt, which is what you should be eating on P1, there's no reason any sugar would be added.

way too low on veggies...

the yogurt should be PLAIN (no flavors) and low or non fat

even on the run you can and should carry stuff with you and be PREPARED for your day.

for example at wendys you should have had at least one side salad with your chili.
