I understand (i think) about the reasons behind instant Cream of Wheat not being a good choice as high GI, etc. I was a the store last night and found Long Cook Cream of Wheat, thinking this could be similar to cooking Quaker Oats.
And the survey says.......

Still too processed. It's a way for them to increase shelf presence not provide you with a better food.
