I weighed in yesterday (Day 7 of P1) and was 4lbs lighter. Is this what most people experienced and how much should I expect to lose during the remaining 7 days of p1? Thanks!

You are doing fine. Everyone loses at their own rate. Don't expect any amount of loss. That way you won't be disappointed if you only lose 2 lbs. Remember, a 2 lb. loss is better than a 2 lb. gain any day!

I'm on day 8, so far 5 lbs. I am grateful for that. I'm looking forward to losing more & more. The best thing is that I am losing eating regualrly, more, & healthier. Continued good luck to you!@

Well it ain't bad now is it?? If you lose the same in the second week of P1 you would be down 8 lbs in 2 weeks and that sounds pretty good. Some lose more and some lose less, so I agree with those that it helps not to set certain expectations where you end up being disappointed at it not being "enough". Most dieticians/nutrionists generally recommend that for long term weight loss to be effective, healthy and sustainable, you should lose about a pound a week. Personally this is more reflective of my experience on P2 as well. So take all the multiple pound weeks you can get up front and feel good about what you have already accomplished! I think any step in the right direction is a good step.
