day 1 phase 2 questions

Questions:

In phase 2, the first week it says to add one fruit or grain.
Can you automatically add in the NSA artificially flavored fat free 4Oz yogurt and starchy veggies like carrots (using common sense of course and eating one serving daily), or do you have to add those in once a week also...

My plan was to add carrots and that yogurt AND one fruit or grain in week one.

Also, how does adding back wine fit into the picture? :D

Yes on the yogurts and carrots. Since other types of yogurts and vegetables were allowed in P1, it just expands the choices in those categories, so it's not a food category to add back in. And although no alcohol was allowed in P1, you can start enjoying a glass or two of wine with a meal immediately as well. You shouldn't confuse wine with fruit for instance in terms of its nutritional quality and have wine but avoid fruit because you had the wine. Does that make sense? Just phase in the new foods of fruits and grains and see how it goes.
