I am doing 26 minutes for a 5k now.
Whats your 5K time?
I am looking to start logging my run times. |

Okay, I'll jump in. I've been reading other posts, this is my first time posting here!
5K isn't really my distance; I'm more comfortable doing longer distances with my favorite being the half marathon. Mind you, I'm not fast but slow and steady gets you to the finish line.
I've been trying to get under 25 minutes for a 5K, hasn't happened yet. When I'm light (like 7 lbs less than right now and YOUNGER) I can get 26 minutes. Haven't done that in a long time. I'm probably somewhere in the 28 minutes (if I'm really kicking ass) but most likely anything around 30 minutes and I'm happy!

My fastest 5K time is 26:04. That was this year, on Mother's Day. I'm hoping it isn't my all-time record but right now I'm pretty happy with it, especially considering I did my first 5K in 34:26 eighteen months ago.
Tommy, a great place to log your runs is http://www.runningAHEAD.com. I've been logging there since December, when the Cool Running site messed with the log I'd been keeping for a year before that. It's a great motivator! |

| My PR is 22:32. I ran a 5K on Fathers Day and came in at 22:36. I am planning to run the Midnight Run in Dunedin and then the Run thru Hell in Tampa next week. |
