I have become so CONSCIOUS of what I am (not) eating! I pick up the kids' dinner-and I don't eat the leftovers, breakfast-same thing. I am trying to write down all that I DO eat, has gotten a lot easier when I hid the (nuts).

Isn't it amazing what you realize once you start paying attention to what you put in your mouth?? I figured out that I snacked much more than I realized! I would just grab a bite of this or a bite of that... but those little bites really add up!
