Also, what are your favorite breads, and cereals? For some reason I am having a heck of a time finding bread with out any molasses in it.
Thanks. |

| I am still new to the program, but 33g of sugar is a lot. I'm thinking that is not SBD approved. As for bread, I haven't introduced it to my plan yet. I eat Kashi Go Lean cereal. |

The second ingredient is cane juice, aka sugar. I'd probably go for something that wasn't sweetened with sugar...personally, I've learned to like plain much better - I just add the things I like to it - sf raspberry jam/fruitspread, vanilla extract or sf syrup...berries and splenda.
I don't do cereal except Uncle Sam cause I don't want to bother with labels right now - how sad is that!!!
There are some discussions around in P2 section - just do control F and search for cereal or bread, or look in the stickies - I don't know where they are, but there are a couple of recent discussions of brands. Good luck! |

Yeah, that's definitely way too much added sugar in the yogurt.
It's okay if bread has some sugar-- just keep the fiber at 3g or over and the sugar less than that (per serving, which should be about 1 oz, or 30g).
The FAQ also has bread and cereal lists. |

Thanks, that def makes bread shopping much easier.
I'm picking up some plain yogurt today and just using berries in it.
It seems I am losing and gaining the same pound over and over again, so frustrating. |

| I looooove Ezekiel 4:16 cereal. For yogurt, I recommend trying Greek Style plain yogurt if you have not yet. It's much creamier. |
