I was 120 at my healthiest at 5'2 and I was very content at that weight. My heaviest was 155lbs :o
I had a beautiful boy 9 months ago and would like to lose my 'post preg baby' weight. Currently at 137lbs approx. I would love to be back at 120 or so. :P
I have been on the sbd before, but only lasted a couple of days. I want to last longer this time around and make it a life changing way to eat continually.
Phase 1 starts June 2, will update on what I have eaten. I might incorporate a bit of phase 2 if i don't feel like i am doing well. i am still breastfeeding, but am weaning him. |

Hi there sounds like we are about the same weight and want to get to the same weight. :D I was 170 after having my son 5.5 years ago. I gained 67 lbs in my pregnancy and weighed 202 when I had him. Then got to 160. I did get to 120 last year on the divorce diet! I am at 135 and want to get back there.
I have been on it for a week and cheated a couple of times. My restart is today. Would you like to partner up?
For exercise I do it during naptime/ relaxing time. I do yoga or turbo jam. |

i will do pilates for about 15 to 20 min a few times a week but go on strolls for 45 to an hour during the weekdays. i never realized i lived around so many hills til i had to push a stroller!
nice to meet someone in the same boat! what phase are you in? |

Yeah hills are a work out with a stroller! When I ran a daycare I pushed a stroller up a huge hill. Never did that again!
