I know I saw it here, but I have searched and cant find it now that I want to make it. It was for a pizza without a crust, you line the bottom of the pizza pan with cooked ground beef, top with sauce / chesse etc. I just need all the details so I dont mess it up.
Thanks! |

Thanks! Quote: HERE IS A RECIPE THAT I HAVE:
Recipe #4: Crust less Mexican Pizza
Ingredients:
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
seasoning (taco seasoning works well!)
Salsa (check label for carb content)
Grated cheese
Sour Cream
Mix ground beef, seasoning and egg together. Pack into baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Drain juice. Cover with salsa and grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream. |

| maybe try a search on "meatsa and pizza" or "meatza and pizza", without the quotes, or go into the Recipe Summary sticky thread here and use the windows search function (CTRL-F key combo) to search on "pizza". All searches without quotes of course! ;) |

Just go to my recipe summary sticky (can even click here in my signature line to get there) and look down under the Main Dish Beef section for this section of links for meat crust pizzas and peoples changes and thoughts about them:
