i have been on sb for almost a year. i have gone from 181 to 151.5.
from a size 14 to a 6 ish.
when i look in the mirror i still see the size 14 girl. its really strange. i still see blubber everywhere.
the other day i was in the dressing room and i looked in the mirror and my first thought was "wow, where did i go?". it was so strange to have an outsiders view of my body.
sometimes i can focus on parts that look better, but for the most part i am just seeing all the work that needs to be done
i just wondered if anyone else looks in the mirror and sees their old body. |
