I'm wondering a few things. I have done this before, a few years ago and the 'old' SB rules. I can't seem to find the link, or remember for the life of me.

When I start phase 2, I'm allowed to add one carb(starch) and one fruit right? And I forget how long I do that until I add one more in a day?... I know this is probably like the most asked question, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for!

I started back with starch/grain but honestly, didn't do it the way the experienced people recommend which is: Start p2d1 with a fruit, eat the same fruit daily for a week - change it up as far as time and what you have with it to identify cravings, week 2 add a starchy veg or grain, have that same thing daily for a week, week 3 another fruit, week 4 another grain, then start switching up to see what causes fluid retention, GI symptoms, cravings etc. It is very fluid and individualized.

Everytime I eat fruit, I get gnawing aching hunger pangs in my belly, so I haven't had them as much as I should - mostly berries with yogurt at night. I am going to try adding fruit or berries to my meal - maybe in salads to see if that helps. I have stuck with sweet potato, brown rice, ww pita [once], wild rice, ww orzo [once] and plan to add ww couscous and quinoa more often
