Depends on which Kashi cereal you mean. Kashi Go Lean and Good Friends both meet the guidelines for cereal. The Autumn Harvest Wheat Squares are marginal with slilghtly higher sugar amounts than is preferred, but they can be mixed with a very low sugar cereal like Uncle Sam's to bring the "average" sugar content for the bowl down into an acceptable range.
And leveling off or gaining water weight as you start P2 and/or start exercising is very common. Give it a few weeks and you should be fine. |

not sure what you mean by bored = how are you limiting your diet? food dislikes? try to make yourself try one new food each week, or at least one new method of preparation...
I have the opposite problem - I can't figure out which of many foods I want to eat next. I do get tired of cooking, but am learning a whole new range of 15 minutes meals...rachel ray is SLOW in my eyes!! jk kinda! I have to limit myself when it comes to seasoning because I want to try mahi with this and this and this and chicken with those 4-5 new recipes I've seen....and veggies - well, who would have thought I'd be craving sugar snap peas and radishes and jicama, oh and campari tomatoes! |

They're a bit larger...I usually halve or quarter them...they come in a plastic container...really sweet and good....but I like the grape also :)

Gabbyh, I found them AND THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!! I decided to look for them when I was stocking up on my fresh veggies and there they were!! I've almost eaten the whole pack. I had some yesterday as a snack and I packed some to take to work tomorrow for my breakfast veggie. Sure beats V8!!!
Thanks a bunch. |

| DebbyC, I'm just about due a Sam's run, and I've eaten all but about 7 of my little beauties. So I'd best get the 2# package. I'm grateful gabbyh mentioned these and you told me about Sam's. Thanks. |
