Not only did I receive good news re: fasting blood-work today BUT I also got the newest book re: South Beach in the mail. I'd pre-ordered it from Amazon and it came today (along with another book...thus the delay). I'm really anticipating reading it to see what's different. In thumbing through it briefly I saw a portion related to exercise along with pictures on "how-to's".
Has anyone else here read theirs yet??? |

| yep i've read it.... it's mostly just adding exercise... food pretty much stayed the same. |

I too have been looking to purchase this book. From the reviews I've read thus far on various sites, it's pretty much promoting more exercise. That's a good thing. :)
As far as the food, I understand everything is pretty much the same. I'm going to buy the summer cookbook. I have one thus far and would like to add to my cookbook collection. |
