Day #11 The "B" word

This is my 11th day on the Diet. I have been loving it just for the fact, that my blood sugar levels are very happy. BUT - today, I am experiencing leg cramping and I ate a small piece of BREAD (yes, I did).

I will continue to plug away! Lots of luck to all of you. I hope I do as well as a lot of you are doing! I have gone from 169 to 163 (6lbs) in 11 days - not too bad. My end goal is to stabalize my blood sugar levels, have an increase in energy, and of course have a gorgeous body......

I'm no doctor, but what I would say for the cramping is maybe add some salt to some of your meals. Salt actually can help with cramping.
