With the release of the supercharged SBD book, are there any changes to the approved food list? I don't have the book and I really don't want to spend the extra $$ if there are no changes.
Does anyone know?

| and most are pretty minor at that. But yeah, Nessa went through the book for her site and I incorporated the changes she noted in the food lists here. |

The enphasis in the new book is on workin out.
There are few changes on both phases, mostly things that were taking out of the approved list.
Both lists have been updated by RedRox. |

| The changes were incorporated into the existing lists so there are no new links. The old/existing links contain the latest information. |

| Also, good recipes in new book. I do not like eggs so getting thru phase one is tough, but there is a recipe in the phase one suggested menus, day 13, I think, for a smoothie that is delicious, like a mocha shake. (skim milk, plain lowfat yogurt, sugar free Hershey syrup and instant coffee powder to taste, blend with ice, huge serving and so satisfying!) Phase 2 tomorrow for me. I have never been so excited about having a bowl of cereal for breakfast! |
