I vaguely remember having these last time I did the SB diet, but I was wondering if they are allowed in P1 or P2?
Thanks :) |

Yes, but you need to count the calories toward your 100 calories from treats.
Enjoy, |

| Make sure to get NO-SUGAR-ADDED fudgsicles, not sugar-free (not sure if they even exist). Milk has natural sugars and fudgsicles are made with milk... therefore they are not sugar free! |

| According to the book for Ph 1 you are allowed one sweet treat per day as long as it's 100 calories or less. Healthy Choice makes no sugar added fudgesicles and they are great. I used them thru phase 1, lost 11 pounds, so they must not have hurt. |

| I'm pretty sure you can have multiple sweet treats as long as the total doesn't add up to more than 75-100 calories. things like the calories in crystal light count towards it too for instance and you wouldn't necessarily drink 15-20 glasses of crystal light as your only sweet treat for the day. |

| I'm with Redrox. my understanding is that you can have 75-100 calories of sweet treats per day..... that would be sf gum, (did you know it's 5 calories per piece) sf syrups, splenda, crystal light, popsicles or fudgesicles..... so 2 pieces of gum and a healthy choice pop would be 100 calories.... |
