All beans, with the exception of baked beans are OK in all phases.
As long as the pork roast has all fat removed is fine. |

also depends what else is in the recipe! ;) SB is all about the ingredients. You really should use pork tenderlon or pork loin as those are the allowed cuts of fresh pork.

Shellie beans are a combination of green beans and kidney beans in the same can.
The pork roast is a very lean roast.
Other ingredients are garlic, onion and pepper. |

| we always called the mature green beans [kentucky wonders, btw] "shelly" beans cause you let some stay on the vine with the intention of shelling them. They are so good!!! |
