Phase 1 Day 3

B: 1 egg;
2 cups of skim milk
3 grilled chicken + mushrooms + some green leaves (chicken is certainlty NOT suitable for breakfast, I felt quite uncomfortable, will back to lettuce tomorrow)

S: 2 small tomatos

L: Salmon Salad

S: Mozzarella light cheese

D: Grilled chiken + leaves + mushroom +tofu

B: 1 egg + lettuce + 1 small tomato + skimmed milk

S: 2 small tomatos

L: Grilled lean pork + white cabbage

S: cucumber + lettuce

D: Grilled Salmon + lettuce + Pepper

D: a small portion of sunflower seeds.


Notes:
1.Dinner was a bit late, so postponed sleep a bit late to try to keep the 5 hours gap between them -_-! Got to have dinner EARLIER!!!

2.Got some low fat plain yogurt to replace skimmed milk, which I really don't fancy. Will see how it goes.

3. Pepper is good!

Wow~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Finally~~~~~~~~~I am delighted!

Think about yesterday, I had a ordinary lunch with pork and cabbage. A bit more afternoon snack with cucumber and lettuce (before I have had light cheese, nuts and tomato). Didn't have cashews and almonds, which I felt stalled on my way. Will keep it this way!

Way to go babe!!!

Shed 0.8kg from yesterday~~Wow~~~~Finally I am on the way~~~~so delighted!

Think about yesterday, I had a ordinary lunch with pork and cabbage. A bit more afternoon snack with cucumber and lettuce (before I have had light cheese, nuts and tomato). Didn't have cashews and almonds, which I felt stalled on my way. Will keep it this way!

S:Yogurt+2 small tomato+10 peanuts

L:stir fried eggplant + cabbage+mushroom+lean pork+some sunflower seeds.

D: rosted salmon + lettuce +pepper

D: a cup of skimmed milk

NOTES:

1. Dinner was toooo late, gotta change it tomorrow!

2. Should I ban all the nuts??????????[/list]

Gain 0.2 kg back!

Oh~~~what can I say, this might be normal maybe I shouldn't scale myself everyday?

anyway, I got up quite late this morning and had to have a brunch! fortunately not to late to skip all of them , as I did before -_-///

GO GO GO!
