I managed a 20 minute walk today but my music was sadly lacking....my mp3 player is loaded with "sleepy" music that my son put together when I had bad insomnia! So I need some upbeat music!!
Where's the best place to download music? Not looking for "free"; more looking for easy. |

| i got most of my stuff off a website called 'safeshare' that seems to be dismantled now. probably itunes is your best bet for easy. i think it's one dollar per song. i know my kids and their friends use a sight called 'limewire' all the time but i haven't tried it. good luck! |

I listen to a lot of techno music while working out. The beat helps me keep a workout beat. I, uh, also listen to a lot of japanese rock and pop music for that extra go as well.
I have found that watching tv shows or movies helps me out as well. Keeps me concentrated on working out longer and harder. I like to make it a game and try and do cardio for one episode length of whatever it is I'm watching without stopping. If it's a half hour show (like Family Guy) then I go for two episodes...but thats mainly cause Seth Macfarlane has a hot voice. :D |

| iduckie - have you eaten El Regio's grilled chicken? My SO picked some up in San Marcus cause it is my favorite grilled chicken ever [and I"ve had a lot of chicken!!] anyway, just wondering if there's a copycat recipe of their red salsa and/or the chicken floating around Austin. |
