need to lose so extra weight fast!!!

ok so i have been on south beach since mid january i was at my heaviest of 183 i am back to my normal weight 155ish give or take depending on the day (i lost close to 30 pounds and i am very happy)
i was never happy with my weight at 155, i would like to lose another 10-20 pounds i have completely stoped losing and want any advise on how to break this number? i am 5'5

Also if this range is sort of in your set point area where you have been weight stable for awhile or weight stable in this range previously, there is little you can do to lose it "fast". Getting past previous or current "set points" is usually a slower process than losing weight from a higher weight point. I'd look at ramping up intensity and/or duration of your exercise regimen and switch that up first.

Dr. A. says, if you're eating as you're supposed to do and not losing anymore, you need to review what you're eating, make some changes and add more exercises, specially cardio.
