I'm starting P2 tomorrow. I've been very good during my two weeks of P1. Unfornately, tonight my boyfriend asked me to make brownies for him because he's been craving them. I ate 1.5 small pieces. I figured I'll "treat" myself, not sure if it was just because I thought I've been good or that I'm starting P2 tomorrow. Now I have this guilty feeling like I thought I would have before I put the brownies in my mouth. Please tell me this is ok! I just need some reassurance to keep me motivated for my next phase. This is just a slip up.
I'm going to be adding 1 pear during my first week of P2, probably either lunch or dinner.
This will be my menu for tomorrow:
B- Scrambled egg whites, V8
S- 4oz Dannon Light & Fit 0%Fat Plus
L- Big salad with canned salmon, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, kidney beans, 2 tps dressing, 1 PEAR
S- 10 almonds
D- protein (meat), veggies |
