Hi Guys!

I just wanted to set up a diet journal so I post my daily food and exercise somewhere!

School gets out in a week and then I have the WHOLE summer to work on my figure. I want to lose a good amount of weight before school starts up again. I picked up some bad habits this year which led to a huge weight gain!

I'm looking forward to losing weight!

B- None, slept in
L- lean italian sausage with spinach, zucchini, and tofu shirataki noodles, AND a fat free Fage yogurt
s- Post workout- 2 light string cheese, dill pickles
d- 1.2 oz crab, 9.2 oz shrimp, fresh green beans
s- 1/2 cup FF Ricotta with 6g silvered almonds

exercise-8 mile bicycling on trails in 33:34

due to missing breakfast, my calories are low but I feel good. I am starting up my two-a-day workouts tomorrow so I'll finish my english essay and go to bed in a couple hours. I am biking at 6 AM and then classes all day.

Hey Rocknroll!

Congrats on starting SB! I too have the summer off, and am also hoping to lose approx 30 pounds this summer (and keep going in the fall, of course!)
