You can have anything from the approved list, leftover from the night before, anything you really like.
For example, I'm in P2 and the days I have cereal/oatmeal, then I also drink my V8, the days I have eggs, then I add some onions and peppers to my omelet, the days I have half English muffin, I add tomatoes and onions on top.
The sky is the limit, based on what it's available in your pantry/fridge :wink:
