Hi-Just found this website the other day. Just reading what everyone has to say has been so helpful! My start date was April 17, I've lost 8.5#. I'm still into p1, I'm not tired of the food selection yet. But, I have to admit I'm scared to start p2. What fruits should I introduce to the diet first? Also, I'm only walking maybe twice a week for 30/1hr at a time. I know I should add more days, but for some reason I'm so afraid to gain muscle weight-dumb I know! Is there anyone out there that's felt the same way?

yes. pretty much everyone. read the advice on transitioning to P2 sticky thread at the top of the P2 forum. and lean muscle mass helps you lose weight as it burns more calories to maintain it than it does to maintain fat. Even the new "sb supercharged" book focuses on regular daily exercise as a means to both become truly fit and healthy and also to aid in the weight loss aspect of this program.
