| Hi-Just found this website the other day. Just reading what everyone has to say has been so helpful! My start date was April 17, I've lost 8.5#. I'm still into p1, I'm not tired of the food selection yet. But, I have to admit I'm scared to start p2. What fruits should I introduce to the diet first? Also, I'm only walking maybe twice a week for 30/1hr at a time. I know I should add more days, but for some reason I'm so afraid to gain muscle weight-dumb I know! Is there anyone out there that's felt the same way? |
