Here is my bathroom week!
Sun. Mon. and Tue. not a thing maybe a "raisin drop" ! :roll: Wed. went and bought the miralax, had a normal BM about 3 hours later. Took it again on Thur., again normal then had a second that was much less in volume and needed a push :wink:
I read on the bottle not to take for more then 7 days, which would leave the bottle empty too! I have not had an extra for the 3 days i did not go, is this normal using this stuff?
It is so easy to take, it is clear but expensive, about a dollar a day!
For those that have taken it is this about right? |

hey! i've never taken the miralax everyday for the max amount they say..usually i just need to take it once and then it works. And sometimes, i might have to take it again about 4 days later if haven't gone again. I've never had a problem overusing it etc., and i've been using it since last year. it really does work!
Question: what do you mix yours in? I usually only mix it in with my tea, but since it's getting hot outside i'm not really into hot drinks right now haha. have you tried it in carbonated drinks?
oh and a warning....definitely make sure you mix it well. I one time forgot to mix it and almost gagged when i got to the bottom and it tasted like it's name! |

| I dont take it but my daughter does. She is 3 an has been on it for over a year. Her pediatrition said that it is not addictive and she can stay on it as long as she needs it. I would start with half a serving of what they say, I have found that 1/2 of a kids dose has always worked for her. |

I just mix with water!
Did you both notice the line and arrow in the cup (cover) that you measure it in? I could hardly see it.
Tomorrow I will not take any and hope for the best and I will try only 1/2 the amount too when and if I need it!
