| I accidentally bought no sugar added fudgsicles instead of sugar free. Two pieces have 80 calories 1.5g fat 19g carbs 5g sugars. Are these ok to eat? Please advise I am new to South Beach. Thanks |

yep those are okay, they taste great btw!
If you are looking for a sweet treat you can also put a fudgesicle in the microwave for about 15 seconds (in a bowl) scrape the sicle clean from the stick and mix with 2 tbs of natural peanut butter. place back in the freezer and allow to harden a little.
It tastes better than any ice cream I've had!
BTW this is your daily alotment of nuts though so if you've already had nuts today save it for the next day. |

This is actually addressed in the Phase 1 FAQ. No sugar added is what you want and not sugar-free. You are fine!
