I accidentally bought no sugar added fudgsicles instead of sugar free. Two pieces have 80 calories 1.5g fat 19g carbs 5g sugars. Are these ok to eat? Please advise I am new to South Beach. Thanks

yep those are okay, they taste great btw!

If you are looking for a sweet treat you can also put a fudgesicle in the microwave for about 15 seconds (in a bowl) scrape the sicle clean from the stick and mix with 2 tbs of natural peanut butter. place back in the freezer and allow to harden a little.

It tastes better than any ice cream I've had!

BTW this is your daily alotment of nuts though so if you've already had nuts today save it for the next day.

This is actually addressed in the Phase 1 FAQ. No sugar added is what you want and not sugar-free. You are fine!
