Yep, the first week is usually kinda difficult ... especially if you used to eat a lot of junk food before. Trust me, I know how that feels lol. Its a withdrawal symptom ... because food (what we used to eat before) becomes an addiction.
But trust me, once you're done with Phase 1, you will be amazed not only by the pounds that you have lost, but also how your body starts to respond differently .... it tells you when it's hungry and when its full. |
