| I am trying to coach my 17 old nephew to lose weight. Can anybody tell me if they have had any children try this and is it good for them? Thank you, Pieladie :? |

Hmm ... I think if your nephew starts at phase 2, with 2 fruits and 2 grains per day ... that should be quite ok for him.
However, don't take my advice for it. I'm not a medical doctor. |

| healthy eating is fine for children. Dr. A says that teens should start in full phase 2 so that's 2-3 fruits and 2-3 dairy (milk and yogurt) and 3-4 grains/starches per day. |
