My stock answer is usually "no," but I thought I'd go ahead and look more thoroughly. Now, this is just my opinion, but here's what I think:

Oy. Most of the carbs were bad carbs-- potatoes, white rice, and white pasta. While some of these Lean Cuisines claim to have 2 servings of vegetables, they are ½ cup servings, so you'd really need a salad as well to get in enough veggies even with those. Or if you're in p2, have some nice bread or brown rice to get in enough good carbs.

The sodium is still fairly high, like a third of the total recommended daily intake. Not bad for frozen meals, comparatively.

Unfortunately, the info I found on the website wasn't complete enough, so I couldn't look at the ingredients. You can't tell quite enough without the ingredients. You need to look for types of sugars, starches, grains (if there are any) and fats used, and their placement on the list.

Luckily, it's Lean Cuisine, so the fat amounts are low. That's a welcome change from traditional low carb fare. However, they do have some trans fats.

I wouldn't recommend eating these every day. However, if you're really, really, really short on time, there are just 2 that aren't bad if you have them with a salad with olive oil dressing of some sort: the Roasted Turkey & Vegetables, and the Steak Tips Portabello.

I combed through all 11 very carefully, so don't ask me, "but what about the (fill in the blank)." It's just those two.
