| So it's my second day on phase 2, and I haven't had any phase 2 foods yet. I was planning on saving my apple for at night, since it made me hungry when I had it at 4 yesterday. But its about 9pm and i just finished dinner, and it doesn't seem like i'm going to be hungry for it tonight. Is that a problem if i don't get it in today? I'm not avoidng phase 2 on purpose, in fact i was excited to have the fruit yesterday, but i don't want to eat just because i think i'm supposed to even if i'm not hungry! |

| If you're not hungry and it's already the end of the day, I'd say don't eat it. |

Did you have it with something else (a protein/fat) in order to balance it out? That's a huge part of this.
You could be experiencing the loss of appetite from going too low in carbs. I would try to get in at least half the apple to start counteracting that. |

I think teh problem is that i made dinner too late and it was too much. At 8:30, I was eating grilled salmon, stir fry vegetables, and a side salad. I uess the plan to eat a snack at ight woudl have worked better if I ate at like 7ish...more of a normal dinner time lol.
As far as having the apple with protein/fat...the only thing i can think to add to an apple is peanut butter---but i hate pb lol. I think tomorrow I'll try having my apple in the afternoon again, but not eating lunch at 12 and dinner at 8:30, because it was probably inevitable that i woul feel hungry a little bit after eating my apple at 4  |

| I found that an apple and a mozzarella stick complement each other. |
