I made this yesterday and it was very very filling and I have left overs for today but not sure if it was toooo hearty or tooo much. Let me know what you think?
Ground Turkey
lettuce & tomato
Cheese (Not Fat Free)
Black Olives
Black Beans
1 small spoon of Fat Free Sour Cream
Salsa
It was very good but I don't want to mess up. I am on day 4 today. |

It's fine as long as:
Ground Turkey - turkey breast
lettuce & tomato -OK
Cheese (Not Fat Free) -6 or less grams of total fat
Black Olives - no more than 15
Black Beans - up to 1/2 cup per serving
1 small spoon of Fat Free Sour Cream -fat free
Salsa -fine :wink: |

| ok thanks, I really want to do this this time I need to loose 100 pounds but I will be even happy with 80!!! I just really got to tighten up and watch my portions |

| I am new here and I had a taco salad the other night. It's really feeling. I love it. I am at 370 now and my goal is to get to 160 by May 2, 2010. Each day is challenging especially smelling coworkers' lunches during the day. Taco salad is my fav! |
