| I've been curious about this since I'll be starting Phase 2 in 4 days. I've decided to add a piece of fruit for the first week of P2 then add a grain on my second week. Do we have to eat the same fruit everyday for the first week of Phase 2? Or can we eat a different serving of fruit each day (example: Orange for day 1, apple for day 2...)??? |

It's a good idea to eat the same fruit for the entire week, so if you don't lose weight or gain weight or get cravings you know what cause it.
It's like when we introduce new foods to babies to make sure they don't have allergies :wink: |

| FWIW, I changed off after a day or two, after restarting P1. But if you are new to SBD, I would suggest giving yourself longer. |

| I think I averaged about 4-5 days per each new food. I figured that if I hadn't had any strange things going on after that long, I probably wouldn't. That said, each person is different though and 1 week is the recommended. |
