Im sooo excited. This diet actually works and my cravings have gone wayyyyyyyyyy done. I went to a gathering last night and they had pizza...chips/dip (Lets just say allll junk food)...and all I had was a salad and I was quite pleased with myself...

This diet has given me back my confidence....I LOVE IT :D

Very nice job. The first week can be the hardest. The change in what you eat can be significant and you're still trying to figure things out.

Just remember the water weight ie rapid loss, will end at some point. Don't get discouraged when it happens. Your body is going to go through periods of adjustment as it adapts to how you are eating.

Hi, I am new to the SBD ... I have tried a tone of others including Atkins. I work out everyday and try really hard to watch what I eat. Although I cant seem to get rid of these few extra pounds..
I have given my self 1 week to read the book and ensure I fully understand the Phases .. Reading your post inspuires me, and I know Im going to be able to do this ..
