Got It. Trust me when I say I get enough real food to eat. I run in the morning or work out in other ways, eat a big breakfast after, and before I run out the door I like to get one of those 2 cups of milk that I think we are supposed to have. Just a way to add a little more fuel to the system I like the protein drink.
I didnt specify, it's the EAS Whey Protein. |
