P1 Day 1...just starting the headache....

Hey all,

Just wanted to run thru what I have eaten so far. I feel fine minus the headache which just started...

B:
3 eggs (1 yolk, 3 whites) with green peppers, onion, mushrooms (1/2 c veg total) and some feta.
8 oz Milk

S:
30 pistacios

L: SB Recipe that I found here (the Southwest Chili I believe) made w/ lean ground beef, red and green peppers, onion, and I added black beans. Also had a string cheese and then some additional veggies (maybe 1.5 cups) of broccoli, green peppers and tomatoes (approx 6) with some ranch dressing

S:
celery w/2 tbsp natural PB


thats it so far. For dinner I'll have salad with shrimp and some more milk. I have also drank 64 ozs water so far.

I have 1 hr cycling class tonight and some weights. Hope I make it thru....

good luck on your first day, i am sure you will do great! i am day 2 :D
as for what you have eaten today, sounds yum!!!!
only thing is that i think you are only allowed 1 nut serving a day, instead of two. someone please correct me if i am wrong!
