Update...progress!!

I haven't been checking in too much lately...too busy I guess! But this morning I had "weigh-in" and lost another 2#!! My losses are 14# since I began the SB program! I'm walking and exercising as I can fit it in and finally am up to about 40 to 45 minutes!!
My "coach" at the gym is impressed with my progress!! I'd been doing a "lo-fat" program and really, really struggled with it. It was like pulling nails to lose anything and really yo-yo'd with it. But once I began SB I've had consistancy of losses. :D
