So...I've done a lot of reading here about foods allowed etc but I wanted opinions too.
I love chili. I love MY chili. I *think* it's legal for phase 1 (which I started yesterday and had a whopper of a headache last night, ouch).
Very lean beef (4% fat) - 1 lb.
1 can red beans
1 can chili beans (pinto - I checked the label to make sure there were no added sweeteners or starch powder stuff)
1 can "all natural" diced tomatoes
Then I seasoned with chili powder and bit of garlic powder.
I also added a handful of chopped onion.
After I get some Reduced Fat cheese today, this is going to be a dream come true....does it sound like it's a legal combination?!?
