THUNDERTHIGHS      

Hi started this PROPERLY yesterday,still getting use to it all. Please put me right if i've eaten anything wrong,or gonna eat something wrong!!!
Today's menu

B) scrambled eggs,with mushrooms and 50g smoked salmon. :lol:

L) Ham(wafer thin) salad with 50g cottage cheese. SF jelly :D

D) salmon fillets & salad with garlicky mushrooms(1 tsp benecol spread(35% less)) :lol:

Snacks) 30 pistachio nuts
SF jelly :lol:

Water 2-3ltrs

Welcome! Looks alright to me, but I'm new to this myself. The first couple days can be rough, but stick with it - you can do it!

So far so good,day 3 on phase 1!!!

B) smoked salmon(50g)

L) mushroom omellette with 30g LF cheese, sf jelly

D) chicken salad,with mushrooms & onions. Sf jelly!!! :D

Snacks..crabsticks & 30 pitaschio nuts.

Water...2-3ltrs

Enjoying doing this,feeling slimmer too already. :wink:

But off to London tomorow till friday,to see celine dion in concert at 02. So gonna try my best to stick to it. :roll:

I am going to phase 2 on Monday but might stick to phase 1 a little bit longer as I am so enjoying how it makes me feel and would like a little bit more weight loss before going on to phase 2.

I think you are eating ok, but at a glance it does look to me as if you're not getting a lot of vegetables! You should eat a lot more green than the good fats after all, so although salmon and cottage cheese is needed in phase 1 it shouldn't be your main intake.

I had sugar cravings on day 3 I think. I didnt want anything sweet, but felt dizzy and had a bit of a head spin.

Stick with it and you will in a few days feel amazing. My clothes fits so much better after nearly 2 weeks and I look healthier. People have commented on my eyes being clearer, (prob cos I am drowning in water haha)

i was also going to point out that maybe you should get more veggies in there although i dont know that i meet the requirment every day.

otherwise, your menus look good to me!

Hey there, I started my journey just 3 days after you did!

To me it looks like your not eating much at all, I eat a lot more than that, more snack more everything! lol Are you hungry?
