hi there!!!
today is my first day and i am wondering if i am doing it right? it seems like a lot of food!!! mind you, it might just be because i am eating a lot of veggies so they take up space? can i tell you what i have eaten?

breakfast (i had to makedo with what i had, was going grocery shopping later)
soft tofu in diluted miso broth
broccoli in the soup
(very blah!!! and bland  )

snack- 1 cheese string

lunch was much better but it was huuuuuuuuge!
2eggs scrambled with a tiny bit of 1% cottage cheese and various veggies (2 1/2 cups worth) black beans, topped with a tiny bit of no sugar added tomato sauce

snack-2 cucumbers, cottage cheese, 30 pistachios

dinner- huuuuuuuuuuge green salad with cukes and tomatoes, salmon on top (1/3 of a steak salmon), thousand island dressing, and white beans w/cilantro on the side.

snack is going to be homemade hot chocolate. 1% milk, 1 packet of equal, and no sugar added baking chocolate powder.

would love constructive criticism. thanks everyone!

You can never get enough veggies!!! jk it looks like a good start to me, and the idea of the white beans with cilantro may make it into my kitchen tonight!

The only thing I had a question about was the thousand island dressing. Have a look at this thread:

You'd want to make sure it's appropriate for SBD, and that you're not using too much.

But otherwise, everything looks fine to me. Good luck!

my thousand island has no added sugar in the ingredient list.
nutritional info states 2g sugar and 3g fat/ tbsp
0.5 of that fat is saturated. sounded good to me? but i have no idea, i am just getting the hang of everything
