| In the aisle where there is all of the chrystal light and stuff I found this sugar-free and fat-free powder to go into Fat-Free milk to make SF Chocolate milk. Do you think you can have this. It is also 8 calories for a making of 1 cup of ff chocolate milk. |

What is the brand?
Are you talking about Nesquik No Sugar Added powder?
If so, these are the ingredients:
Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Reduced Minerals Whey, Maltodextrin, Soy Lecithin, Tricalcium Phosphate, Salt, Aspartame (Non-Nutritive Sweetener), Acesulfame Potassium (Non-Nutritive Sweetener), Artificial and Artificial Flavors. Vitamins and Minerals
It sounds okay to me, but wait for some other opinions. |

| If it has only 8 calories and you're adding it to milk, it shouldn't cause a problem. People may debate whether the additives are a good idea in terms of general health, but it looks fine for SBD. |

Yeah, I think it's fine too.
By the way, the quote in your signature line doesn't come off very well. As a person who once suffered with bulimia, I find it a bit offensive. |
