This is my first time on this website. I thought it would help to have a support group during the 1st phase.
I did great for the first 6 days, then my bf and I headed for a nice weekend away.... a glass of wine at dinner, and then of course things you dont eat in phase 1. Tomorrow is the day I start from scratch again : Phase 1.

I just ordered the SB diet cookbook, so maybe that will help. I am just sometime at a loss on what to eat.... uncreative I suppose.

Good for you starting over! I just started Phase 1 on April 28th so it has been 1 week for me, and so far I am down 6 lbs. I will let you know that I am not the kind of person who goes out and plans meals, but I ran out to my local library and got every SBD cookbook I could find last week. I have tagged them all with meals we would enjoy and started a menu plan for myself and my hubby to get us thru Phase 1. It is working GREAT. I like the cookbooks so much that I am going out to buy them for myself to keep.

before you spend a lot on the cookbook - look at the 100's of recipes on the food/recipe discussion. you can search by meal [breakfast], snack, or main food ingredient. I've tried dozens, some when I wasn't even on SBD and they are great.
