Hey everyone,
I found this Online diet tracker that I really like...thought I'd share.

www.fitday.com

you can track everything you eat, it tells you how many calories each item is, and compares it to calories burned.
it also has goal-tracking. so you can set a goal, a day to fufill it, and tell you how many lbs/oz you need to lose each day to get there.
it also tracks if your getting/not getting your daily minerals and vitamins.

it works for me, thought u guys might like it...

I've used fitday for a long time. It's nice to have that info.

Just a word of caution about fitday and other sites like sparkpeople.com relative to charts/reports about percentages of carb/fat/protein intake and SB. Dr. A did not design this program to fit into others' ideas of ideal percentage splits between the 3 major macronutrients and as such these reports on percentage splits do not make much sense for those following SB eating plans. This is particularly true in P1 when the carb portion is artificially lowered well below full P2 levels so fats and proteins consume a much larger proportion of your total calories than they will in P2 after you have fully transitioned. So take these numbers with a grain of salt from these sites and use them as points of informational interest, but don't worry that your percentages will likely be outside the ranges of someone else's "ideals". They do offer some good tools and features, so can easily be used in conjunction with SB eating, but not all of their information applies.

FWIW, www.nutritiondata.com is another good resource for info on foods and their relative nutritive values and they have some tracking features too I think.
